Please remember that you can press the order button to PAY online with a credit card, but we will NOT begin making your puppet until we receive a paper copy of your Customation™. You may only fax or mail it in to us. Due to the chance of error we cannot accept these specialized orders via Internet or Phone, but you can PAY for them that way, no problem. It's your choice. In case you would rather place your order AND pay at the same time an order form is included with your Customation™ form. If that is the case, simply ignore the order button here, and click on the link above to take you to the Customation™ Form!

Clothing will be random and cannot be customized.
There are no Returns or Refunds on Customations™.
